Dmitry, the current CEO of Antlia, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role, backed by 15 years of extensive IT involvement. His career has been marked by significant achievements in the areas of data migration, API integration, and the development of web and mobile solutions, all of which have propelled significant digital transformation projects.

In his past roles, Dmitry has proven his expertise by successfully delivering IT products and services for various NSW government organizations and large corporations both in Australia and Europe. His track record of leadership shines through his ability to mature and lead multiple agile teams towards delivering key business outcomes.

Possessing comprehensive agile experience, Dmitry is well-versed in Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies, which he has effectively utilized to orchestrate numerous successful IT initiatives. As the CEO of Antlia, Dmitry has leveraged this wealth of experience to lead and inspire his team, driving the company towards new horizons of success and innovation. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping Antlia into a frontrunner in the tech industry, renowned for its commitment to exceptional service and innovative solutions.

Ilya Shirshov

Ilya Shirshov, IT Director and Advisor has over a decade of experience in the IT sector, supplemented by his background in commerce and management. His experience extends beyond IT, as he has spent five years as a Project Manager for various SMEs and startups, cultivating a deep understanding of their unique needs.

Ilya's strategic leadership has driven the international expansion of a Sydney-based business, establishing a presence in the USA, New Zealand, and Europe. In his role as an advisor, he's been pivotal in implementing cost-saving measures in IT systems, greatly boosting project efficiency.

Notably, Ilya spearheaded a revolutionary blockchain solution for Patriot Fisheries, redefining their fish logistics system and introducing an online Dutch Auction system. As the Director of Antlia, Ilya continues to leverage his extensive knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit, delivering high-value IT solutions and guiding businesses toward operational excellence. His multifaceted expertise makes him a standout leader in the IT landscape, especially for SMEs aiming to maximize their potential.

With nearly 20 years of experience in software development across various platforms and stacks, encompassing frontend and backend, mobile, web, Java, .NET, diverse databases and infrastructure, I have established a strong foundation of technical expertise. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to lead engineering teams in delivering cost-effective, scalable, reliable and fit-for-purpose solutions to address time-critical business needs.

I am valued for my comprehensive understanding of the domain and my ability to devise simple and efficient solutions. With a strong grasp of both technology and product development, I quickly adapt to new concepts. Attention to detail is a core aspect of my work, and I strive to deliver high-quality products.
